GoutTracker.com provides a web-based application that allows users to:

• Log meals and food items consumed
• Track foot pain levels and locations
• View analytics and patterns in their tracking data
• Generate printable reports for discussion with healthcare providers
• Access a database of foods with purine risk levels

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Free Plan: Provides access to basic tracking features with limited data retention (today's data only).

Premium Plan: Charged weekly at $5.00 USD per week. Premium features include:

• One year of historical data retention
• Advanced analytics (weekly, monthly, yearly views)
• Printable reports with AI-generated summaries (2 per week)
• Priority support

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed weekly and automatically renew unless canceled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (meals, pain logs, notes). We do not claim ownership of your personal health information.

Our Rights: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data (with all personally identifiable information removed) for analytics, research, and service improvement purposes.

Free Plan: Data older than today is automatically deleted. We retain only the current day's data.

Premium Plan: Historical data is retained for one year (365 days). Data older than 365 days is automatically deleted to manage storage costs and comply with our data retention policy.

Account Deletion: You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion:

• All your personal data (meals, pain logs, notes) will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Your subscription will be canceled immediately
• Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
• Billing records may be retained as required by law

The Service, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by Alex Casteleiro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any health-related decisions made based on data from the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Service
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoutTracker.com, Alex Casteleiro, nuconet.com, and NUCONET USA from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any health-related decisions you make based on the Service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NUCONET USA is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
